Founder and President
Jeff founded Transportation Compliance Service with his father David in 2012 after helping trucking companies and companies in the transportation industry comply with federal safety regulations and pass safety audits for over 20 years.
Jeff is a graduate of Boise State University, working specifically in drug and alcohol testing for trucking companies while working at Minert & Associates in Meridian, ID. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golfing, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
VP of Operations
Ryan started his career in the Idaho National Guard. In 2003, he was deployed to Iraq and spent almost 2 years as a rescue firefighter where his job was to train and facilitate airport rescue firefighting operations with the United States Military as well as Iraqi Nationals. Later, Ryan became an army officer in the Army Transportation Corp. He worked specifically in transportation logistics and vehicle safety and conducted safety training sessions on proper vehicle load securement and other aspects of vehicle operation.
In 2013 Ryan joined TCS and has served as Vice President of Compliance since 2015. In his free time Ryan enjoys camping, mountain biking, and dirt biking.
VP of Compliance
Aaron graduated from the College of Idaho in 2001 and spent 17 years working in the medical insurance field. Now with TCS, Aaron focuses on helping trucking companies set up, start-up, and stay on the road. He helps them navigate through compliance audits and biennial updates.
Outside of work Aaron enjoys camping with his family, boating, mountain biking, and golf.
